Previously, as a partner in the Deal Advisory practice of KPMG, LLP, Tony led the energy sector for KPMG's Transaction Services practice in the U.S., overseeing both domestic and cross-border transactions. Over the past two decades, he navigated multiple buy-side due diligence engagements, covering diverse segments of the energy industry.

Boasting a diversified professional journey, Tony spent seven years with a boutique investment bank, facilitating three public roll-ups that generated sizable returns. As the former CFO of the Anheuser Busch distributor in Houston, TX, he counseled shareholders, including members of the Busch family, in acquiring the $400 million distributor. His career kicked off in 1980 with KPMG's audit practice, focusing on clients in the manufacturing, distribution, mining, and printing industries.

Tony has aided numerous clients in maximizing shareholder value through carve-outs of specific assets and businesses, and he has shepherded these clients through every stage of the disposal process.
