Linda is a distinguished member of the Board of Directors, a position she has held since the board's inception in January 2023. Most recently, she served as a partner and key member of the senior leadership team at Kirkland & Ellis LLP from 1996 to February 2022. Her tenure at the multinational law firm had her actively involved in the Global Management Executive Committee and also found her creating Kirkland's Diversity Integration Task Force and Women's Leadership Initiative, reflecting her commitment to diversity and empowerment at all levels.

In addition to her role at Arcs Health, Ms. Myers serves on the boards of directors for various successful companies like Gibraltar Industries and LCI Industries, where she holds vital roles in various committees focusing on governance, corporate social responsibility, audit, risk management, and sustainability.

Ms. Myers also occupies leadership positions at notable institutions like Kinzie Capital Partners, National Philanthropic Trust, Chicago Shakespeare Theater, and Lyric Opera of Chicago.With substantial hands-on experience in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and corporate culture, Ms. Myers is a foundational asset to Arcs Health.
