Before his entrepreneurial ventures in healthcare and logistics, Mehra demonstrated his acumen in corporate roles spanning over 13 years. He serviced in IT audit controls practice, project management, and systems implementations at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He took on a leadership role at Texas Children's Hospital, where he was responsible for creating the IT Project Management Office, managing both capital and operational projects for the hospital system.

Mehra's experience further includes implementation management at UMT (now a part of E&Y), where he oversaw successful delivery of MS Project Server installations at numerous Fortune 500 clients. He is currently serving as a strategic advisor to Urgent IQ, a startup focused on crafting an EMR solution for the Urgent Care marketplace.
